These terms apply to your use of Helm, provided by Helm Intelligence Pty Ltd (ACN 699 310 211). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
You're responsible for your account, the users you invite and keeping login details secure. Admins can manage people, connections and billing for the business.
The free trial runs for 14 days and includes 2 users, 500 AI credits and 2GB of storage. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends; we'll ask before anything is billed.
Signing up with a personal email (Gmail, iCloud, Hotmail and similar) needs a card on file with a $0.10 verification hold, released automatically within a few business days.
Pro is $249 per month and covers up to 5 users. Additional Admins are $35 per month each and additional Team members are $25 per month each. Priority support is an optional $99 per month. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel an annual plan, we'll refund the months you haven't used. The annual discount applies to the platform fee; priority support is charged at the same rate either way. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pro includes 5,000 AI credits a month, shared across your Admins, and 5GB of storage. Team members don't use AI features and don't use up credits. Unused trial credits carry over if you subscribe.
Your business data belongs to you. We use it only to provide Helm, as described in our Privacy Policy. Everything in Helm, including our AI, is stored and runs in Australia.
Don't use Helm for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to interfere with the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. AI-generated content, such as drafted emails and document classifications, should be reviewed before you rely on it.
